Suomen Liikematkayhdistys ry FBTA on liikematkapalvelujen ostajien ja tuottajien yhdistys, jonka tehtävänä on edistää ao. palvelujen hankintaan sekä matka- ja kokoushallintoon liittyvää osaamista. Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) on maailman suurin matkailualan järjestö, jonka tarkoituksena on edistää Aasian ja Tyynenmeren alueelle suuntautuvan matkailun kasvua ja laatua jäsentensä hyödyksi. Kansainväliseen PATAan kuuluu lähes 100 valtiollista tai alueellista matkailuorganisaatiota, yli 55 lento- ja laivayhtiötä ja satoja matkailualan yrityksiä.

PATA Finland Chapterin tarkoituksena on ylläpitää ja lisätä jäsentemme ammattitaitoa Aasiaan, Tyynellemerelle ja Amerikkaan suuntautuvien matkojen järjestämisessä. PATA Finland Chapteriin kuuluu yli 30 yritystä tai yhteisöä ja yli 100 henkilöjäsentä.

Järjestämme koulutus- ja tiedotustilaisuuksia sekä workshopeja ajankohtaisista aiheista. Teemme ajoittain opintomatkoja PATA-alueen maihin. Avustamme ulkomaisia tuottajia heidän luodessaan suhteita suomalaisiin ammattilaisiin. Teemme yhteistyötä Suomessa myös Discover America -komitean kanssa ja osallistumme yhteistyökumppanina SMALin tapahtumiin, kuten SMAL in HEL -workshopiin.
