Organization

The Board of Directors acts as the supreme executive body and manages the affairs of the Association. The Association has a Managing Director elected by the Board and three other employees elected by the Managing Director.

The Association has a Tour Operator Committee, a Travel Services Committee, a Finland Incoming Committee and a Partner Committee, each of which deals independently with and prepares matters relating to its own field of activity and, if necessary, brings them to the attention of the Association’s Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors shall also set up such committees and working groups as it deems necessary.
